Muscle Gain vs. Fat Loss
I’m already quite thin, I hover around 116lb. I’m around 4-8lbs away from my goal weight which is 113-108lb, and I’m thinking if I should put a focus on gaining muscle. I know I eventually will have to do this since last time I was around 110lbs I looked kind of flabby still, which is purely because I took my focus away from strength building and put it all on cardio.

Increasing your intake( mostly protien wise) and increasing strength training will help you achieve a more toned look
