:-) My name is Caleigh! I'm a 21 (1990) year old OCAD University visual art student living in southern Ontario (Canada).
This is a healthy weight loss blog. I'm keeping a journal of my journey towards a leaner and more fit body through healthy lifestyle. I do not support eating disorders, body shame, or quick fixes. I support positive thinking, acceptance to all body types, self-respect, nutritious eating, and physical activity ;-)
