Right now my priority is school work. I commute 1.5 hours to school and 1.5 hours home three times a week. It’s up to me to work around this.

A workout for me is

Little things I do to keep active are:

  • Take stairs instead of elevator: my school is in the city and has many stair because of this. If I want to go down to the food court to get a tea, I typically have to walk 3-5 flights of stairs, then back.
  • I try to keep good posture, which burns more calories then slouching, believe it or not!
  • I keep a tight belly, which can develop lean tone, and also burns calories.
  • Dancing to music in my room for homework breaks.
  • Taking strolls for homework breaks.
  • Stretching whenever I get the urge! Stretching has many positive effects such as lowering your stress level, lowering your cravings, and burning calories. I also have thick calf muscles, and stretching has really helped to make them look learner.

It all adds up!
